It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top amenities, but somehow ends up being exactly what you need. I mean, it’s a solid 3-star spot, but honestly, it punches above its weight in ways that matter. The moment you walk in, there’s this understated elegance – think clean lines, comfortable furniture that actually looks like someone put thought into it, and staff who seem genuinely happy to see you rather than going through the motions.

The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully simple.” Nothing fancy, but everything works the way it should, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve stayed. The beds are actually comfortable (not those rock-hard mattresses some European hotels seem to love), and the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. What really impressed me was the attention to small details – good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and blackout curtains that, well, actually black out the room. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, and the heating works properly, which might sound basic but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong.

Here’s the thing about Hotel Rezydent that really won me over – it feels authentic. The breakfast spread is nothing revolutionary, but it’s fresh and local, with proper coffee that doesn’t taste like it came from a machine that’s been neglected for months. The common areas have this relaxed vibe where you can actually work on your laptop or have a conversation without feeling like you’re disturbing some carefully curated atmosphere. Parking was straightforward (always a relief), and check-in was refreshingly quick – no upselling, no complicated explanations, just efficient service. The location works well too; you’re not in the absolute center of everything, but that means it’s quieter at night while still being walkable to the main attractions. I’d definitely stay here again, especially considering the price point. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why sometimes the best travel experiences come from hotels that just focus on doing the basics really, really well.

  Everything was great…Great location room clean, breakfast lovely the only thing would be a bit noisy it didn't bother me as I was that tired from walking all day but that would be the only negative but then again the location is perfect so makes up for the little noise overall great hotel staff food etc would stay here again 😊
