  I have been in many four star hotels, but this one was exceptioal. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was provided with modern accessories. I think the hotel is newly constructed, and I have been satisfied with my stay.

  Nice hotel in 15 minutes by tram from the city center.
  New rooms, clean, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Quite at night.
  There is a grocery store within 5 minute's walk.
  There is also a 24-hour reception, so you can check in or out late at night if needed.

  The lady on reception was superb as never before did anyone go beyond the the call of duty to the degree of this lady.I'm sorry but not sure was her name Anna.she got a plan together for me to visit the thermal baths in zakopane the next day. 5 stars to that lady who was fantastic.Will definitely come back if to deal with that receptionist.Well done you.tram stop also was fantastic.1 euro to get into Krakow only 12 mins away.

  Spacious room and floorings in the toilet. We were able to sleep well on the bed too. Good value for money and the staff are all very reliable and helpful. My prtner and i felt relaxed in the room and we enjoyed our stay.
