What really got me was the breakfast setup – it’s not some sad continental spread, but actually decent local options alongside the usual suspects. The staff clearly know their stuff about Krakow too; they pointed me toward this little milk bar on Grodzka that I never would’ve found otherwise, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip.

Look, a 9.1 rating sounds almost too good to be true, but after staying here, I get it. It’s not trying to be some flashy boutique hotel or competing with the luxury spots near Wawel Castle. Instead, it nails exactly what most travelers actually want: a genuinely comfortable base that doesn’t break the bank, run by people who seem to care about getting the details right. The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying in the real Krakow rather than tourist-land – you can walk to everything important, but you’re also surrounded by actual cafes and shops that locals frequent. Plus, and this matters more than people realize, the street is just wide enough that you don’t feel claustrophobic, but narrow enough to maintain that old-world charm. I’d definitely stay here again, which is probably the most honest recommendation I can give.

  Access to the hotel is all via codes which are sent via SMS before arrival. There are no staff on the premises other than the cleaning staff in the mornings. This wasn't a problem as everything worked as expected! Our room on the 3rd floor was very large with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and small refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well and came in very handy. The free coffee and water on the ground floor were very good. The hotel is a short walk from the main old town and is surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The city itself is very clean and feel safe when walking around at night.
  
  What could be improved: The third floor rooms facing the main street don't have a view. The windows are similar to skylights. This wasn't a problem as we weren't in the room very much but if you want a view, then you'll want a room on the lower floors. My only negative comment is that the bath towels are pretty small and thin but they were changed after 2 days so really, nothing to complain about!

  Great location, clean, well-organized, practical. I appreciated that they made coffee, tea and water available and that it was of high quality. The location was great. And teh staff was helpful. When I checked in my toom was very clean but I was just surprised yhat during my 5 day stay my room was not cleaned again. I received fresh towels 3 days in but the garbage was not taken or bathroom was not cleaned. That would have been helpful

  Very spacious and comfy room. Excellent area to stay. Near everything and many trams and busses. Quiet place to because it is in the back of the building.
  
  What could be improved: The carpet was stained probably by coffee in the room. When people pass the sound proof is not that good. Although overall either there were not many people during our stay or they were not in their rooms mostly 🙂

  We loved the central location just steps away from so many restaurants and the old town city center. We loved how save and quiet the building was. We loved the coffee and purified water on the main floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including shampoo and conditioner. We loved how easy and timely the instructions were to enter the property. Everything was automated, so we did not have to wait on anyone. We will return to this property.
