I mean, you see “free parking” in the name and think “yeah right, probably some sketchy spot three blocks away,” but nope, they’ve got legitimate parking sorted out, which if you’ve ever driven in Krakow, you know is basically worth its weight in gold.

The location on Rzeźnicza is pretty smart actually. You’re in Grzegórzki, which sounds intimidating if you don’t know the neighborhoods, but it’s this perfectly positioned spot where you get the benefits of being close to everything without dealing with the tourist chaos. That 15-minute walk to Old Town they mention? It’s real, and it’s actually pleasant – you’ll walk past some local cafes and get a feel for how actual Krakovians live. The Kazimierz walk is even better because you cut through some really charming side streets that most visitors never see. You know what I love about this setup? You can stumble home from a night out in Kazimierz without paying surge pricing for an Uber, but you’re also not dealing with drunk tourists singing outside your window at 2 AM.

The apartment itself has that modern Polish renovation vibe – clean lines, good lighting, and everything actually works (the shower pressure is solid, which matters more than people admit). The 9.2 rating makes sense because they’ve clearly thought through the details that business travelers and longer-stay people care about. There’s proper workspace if you need to get stuff done, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the kitchen is equipped well enough that you could actually cook instead of eating pierogi for every meal – though honestly, why would you want to? The building feels secure without being overly sterile, and the check-in process is straightforward. I’ve stayed in places around Krakow where getting your keys turns into this whole production, but these folks have their systems down. The only minor thing – and this is really picking at details – is that the neighborhood can be a bit quiet in the evenings, which is either perfect or boring depending on what you’re after.

  Alles war hervorragend! Die Lage ist toll mit Tramstation um die Ecke und 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins jüdische Viertel. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Bequeme Betten. Gesicherter Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft spät abends Probleme, die Einfahrt von der Straße aus zu finden. Wir bekamen direkt Hilfe trotz der Uhrzeit. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
