Piłsudskiego In City Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Piłsudskiego In City Apartments on a cobblestone street in Kraków’s Old Town, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. This three-star property sits right at Piłsudskiego 11, and honestly — the location is pretty much unbeatable. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of everything that makes Kraków magical, with medieval architecture surrounding you and the main square just a short stroll away.
The Location Magic
Here’s what I love about staying here — you can roll out of bed and be at the Main Market Square in about three minutes on foot. The apartment building is tucked into Old Town in a way that feels authentic, not touristy. You know how some places claim to be “centrally located” but you still need to take trams everywhere? Not here. The Royal Castle, St. Mary’s Basilica, the Cloth Hall — they’re all within easy walking distance. Couples especially seem to get this (they rate the location 9.9 out of 10), and I can see why — there’s something romantic about stepping out your door onto these historic streets.
The Apartment Experience
What sets this place apart is that you’re getting a proper kitchen setup, which is honestly a game-changer when you’re staying more than a night or two. Each unit feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel room. The spaces are well-thought-out — not huge, but cleverly designed so everything you need is there. You’ll find modern touches mixed with that Old Town character, and the windows often give you glimpses of the historic neighborhood you’re staying in.
Practical Perks
The staff actually knows the neighborhood well, which matters more than you’d think. They can point you toward the best pierogi spot that locals frequent (not the tourist traps) or tell you which cafes open early if you’re an early riser. Parking in Old Town can be tricky anywhere, but they’ll help you figure out the best options nearby. The building itself has that solid, well-maintained feel — you’re not dealing with creaky floors or temperamental plumbing that sometimes comes with historic properties.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.8 rating and that incredible 9.7 location score, guests keep coming back for good reason. You’re getting the full Kraków experience without the inflated prices of some of the fancier hotels, but you’re not sacrificing comfort or location. The apartment-style setup means you can grab groceries at the nearby markets, make coffee in your own space, and really live like a local for a few days. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing the real city, not just visiting it — and in a place like Kraków, that makes all the difference.
Best hotels in Krakow range from charming boutique properties in the historic Market Square to elegant converted palaces with stunning views of Wawel Castle and the Vistula River.

Great location – walking distance from most sights or if you want to explore the town further – there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. Easy check-in/out and apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's nice and quiet at night as the rooms don't overlook the street.
We stayed with a little one and despite the up/down stairs when entering, we didn't have much trouble carrying our bags and stroller.Jacqueline from United Kingdom (8/10)
Location was very good, a few mins through the planty park to the main square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find the apartment (through to the rear courtyard, take the lift then through steel doors). We loved the beautiful bathroom, and having streaming services was a bonus. Some good restaurants close by (Smakolyki for great breakfast and dinner at good prices). Tram a short walk away. All in all I would return

A spectacular place!! Close enough to Old Town that it was an easy walk to the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable!

Property is close to all the attraction points and the public transport. In the same street you have a mini market, a ramen restaurant and few more restaurants. The flat is really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen have all you need even if you want to cook during your holidays. The cleaning products were provided and we had enough towels for three people. Building is quiet and it has a lift. Communication was excellent and Stan provided clear guidance to get access to the flat and pictures were helpful too. We will book it again for about next trip to Krakow.

Location was fantastic. Easy walk into Old Town and train station. Shop just down the road for supplies.
Apartment had been renovated to a very high standard and was very comfortable.
Only criticism was the lack of crockery and glasses. A bit of a mismatch.Tymofii from Ukraine (9/10)
I found this place quite good. The apartment is well equipped. Everything was a brand new. The renter answered to every question and did it quick. The location of this place is also nice.
