The thing about Studio 19 is that it feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need, rather than just checking boxes. My room was compact but cleverly laid out – and I’m talking genuinely smart use of space, not just cramped. The bathroom was surprisingly well-designed, which honestly matters more than people admit when you’re dealing with jet lag and multiple outfit changes. What really got me was how quiet it stayed at night, even though you’re right in the middle of everything. I was expecting street noise from the square, but whatever they did with the windows actually works.

The staff here seems to get that whole “local insider” thing without being pushy about it. When I asked about getting to the thermal baths, the guy at the desk didn’t just hand me a tourist map – he told me which tram to take and mentioned that Thursday mornings are way less crowded. Little stuff like that makes a difference. The 7.3 rating feels about right to me; it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and unpretentious. I’d actually stay here again, which I don’t say about most places. If you want something authentic without sacrificing comfort, and you like being where actual city life happens rather than in some hotel district bubble, Studio 19 works really well. Plus, the coffee shops around the square in the morning are fantastic – just saying.
