The furnishings aren’t fancy (we’re talking IKEA-meets-local-furniture-store vibes), but everything’s clean and functional. Actually, I appreciated that it felt more like staying in someone’s well-maintained spare apartment than a sterile hotel room.

What really sold me was the little details that show someone actually cares about this place. The kitchen – and you get a proper kitchen, not just a mini-fridge and microwave – had quality pots and pans, sharp knives, even decent coffee. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times because, well, why not save some money and the setup was there. The bathroom had one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works (you know the type – half of them barely drizzle, but this one had proper water pressure). There’s decent WiFi throughout, though it did get a bit spotty during what I’m guessing were peak evening hours when everyone was streaming. The check-in process was straightforward – they actually met me at the property, showed me around for ten minutes, pointed out quirks like which way to jiggle the front door key. That kind of personal touch you don’t get at chain places.

I stayed during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and while I could occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors, it never got disruptive. The location works well if you’re comfortable walking or using public transport – I found myself exploring different neighborhoods just because it was easy to get around. Parking… well, that’s city parking for you. Street spots if you’re lucky and patient, or there’s a garage about two blocks away that’s not too expensive. One small thing – the heating took a while to kick in during the cooler evenings, so pack a sweater if you’re visiting in shoulder season. But honestly? For the price point and that rating, Victoria Apartment delivers exactly what it promises. It’s the kind of place where you settle in after the first night and think, “Yeah, I could stay here for a week and be perfectly happy.”

  The apartment is beautiful, the bathroom is huge. Location of this place is within walking distance from the city center – about 20 minutes. There is a dishwasher and a lot of dishes, we never ran out of mugs and cups and only had to run the dishwasher once. Also a lot of towels and beddings were available on the lot.
  The apartment does not have an A/C but even when it was very hot outside (32c), the temperature was still pleasant inside and we never felt a need for an A/C.
  There is a 24/7 convenience store less than 5 min walking from the apartment.
  Parking is available right under the property in the underground garage and it was included in the booking price, which is a huge bonus (and also one of the reasons we chose this property). The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I definitely recommend this place for a short stay.
