The windows are proper double-glazed, so even though you’re right in the city center, it’s surprisingly quiet at night. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward hovering around a tiny reception desk while someone types slowly into an ancient computer. And here’s something I appreciated: the WiFi actually works consistently, even in the bathroom (don’t judge me, sometimes you need to answer emails). The neighborhood itself is brilliant for walking around – you’re close enough to the main square that you can stumble back after a night out, but far enough that you’re not dealing with constant tourist crowds right outside your door. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that locals actually go to, and honestly, their zapiekanka is better than anything you’ll get from the touristy spots. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’ve got a car, but that’s just Krakow for you – most people are better off using the trams anyway.

  Great facilities, everything you could need from an apartment in Krakow.
  Within walking distance to all areas of krakow old town, comfy bed, good shower pressure. The little touch of supplying a couple of wash pods for the washing machine was a thoughtful touch and came in surprisingly useful.
