  Perfect location, in the heart of the old town, with a great view! Very clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. The apartment provided everything necessary for the stay. Also, the bed was really comfortable. Definitely, I would choose it again!

  Everything was fine. Nice accommodation, good access, nice apartment, great location, beautiful view, great terraces. But the only thing to complain about was that the bathroom smelled all the time – probably the sewage from the shower. This was the only thing unpleasant

  We absolutely loved the apartment. So central 10 seconds to the square from the door. Even tho we was so close to it all the apartment was very quiet. We had a side view of the square and we had a perfect view of the tower we’re there was a man who came out every hour to the top and played the trumpet. We could see him from our balcony.
  The accommodation felt really safe there is an access code to gain entry to the building then once you get to your number apartment there is another access code to get in the block and then there were a few apartments inside which are letters. Then it’s another key code to gain access. So we was floor 6, door 17 apartment L.
  The decor is beautiful and the smell on arrival was so nice and lasted the whole stay.
  There was a book inside the apartment with tips of the best restaurant which they reccomend tours and so on.
  They have all kitchen amenities if you want to cook yourself a meal but we didn’t use it. There’s a kettle and also coffee tea sugar. They also have a fridge and dishwasher.
  Down the end of the hall was an iron and ironing board, washing machine with detergent already in the room to use and clothes maidens to hang your washing out.
  Balcony was perfect really big with a table and two chairs and inside they had the cushions to take out.
  The apartment was really clean and o don’t think we would stay anywhere else now when we come.
  Everything was perfect and we are coming back to bring our two children here to stay.
  I didn't actually realise that the apartment's were only rated 3* by booking. I do think these should be 5* they are excellent value for money too. They look exactly like the photos provided on the site.

  All went well. Reception staff were very good and helped sort out a change in booked tours. Although the room had no view it did not matter to us as we were always out. The room was clean and tidy and with a good shower and television. The location could not have been better. All the communication from the apartments before arrival was clear and prompt. This apartment was recommended to us by our daughter who stayed there last year. If again in Krakow will definitely stay at the apartments again.
