Old Town Apartment Kraków Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Old Town Apartment Kraków on Berka Joselewicza street, you immediately get that “I’m in the real Kraków” feeling. This three-star property sits right in the heart of the Old Town — and I mean actually in the heart, not some marketing version of “close to everything.” The building itself has that authentic Polish character you’re hoping for, without trying too hard to be boutique or overly polished.
Location That Actually Delivers
Honestly, the location score of 9.4 isn’t just numbers on a screen — you’ll understand it the moment you step outside. The Main Market Square is literally a few minutes’ walk away, and you can easily wander to Wawel Castle without breaking a sweat. What I really appreciated was how you’re tucked into the Old Town but on a street that doesn’t get completely overrun with tour groups every morning. You know what I mean — you get the authentic atmosphere without feeling like you’re living in a theme park.
The Space Itself
The apartment setup works really well here, especially if you’re traveling as a couple (which explains why couples rate this place so highly). You get more space than a typical hotel room, and there’s something nice about having your own little corner of Kraków rather than just passing through. The kitchen comes in handy — not that you’ll want to cook much with all the incredible Polish food around, but it’s perfect for morning coffee or storing those late-night pierogi leftovers. Everything feels clean and well-maintained, though don’t expect high-end finishes — this is about comfort and location, not marble countertops.
What Makes It Work
The 9.3 rating really shows in the details that matter. The place is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well (crucial after long days exploring), but you’re still connected to everything happening in the Old Town. I found myself just wandering out for evening strolls through the medieval streets, then coming back to a space that felt like home base rather than just a place to crash. The setup works particularly well for longer stays — you can settle in properly rather than living out of a suitcase.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t about fancy amenities or over-the-top service — it’s about being exactly where you want to be in Kraków. You’ll save money compared to the big hotels, but more importantly, you’ll feel like you’re actually staying in the city rather than just visiting it. The combination of that perfect Old Town location, the apartment-style comfort, and the honest three-star approach creates something that just works. When couples consistently rate a place this highly, it usually means they found exactly what they were looking for without any unpleasant surprises.

Everything you need in walking distance – perfect location for a weekend in Krakow.Andriy from Ukraine (8/10)
It was nice, though quite small for the family of 4 adults. We enjoyed the interior, the apartment is well put together. We had everything we needed, we even got to watch a Netflix movie (it has a Smart TV with everything included). The owner communicated well, we asked for a late check out and were allowed to do so, which was extremely convenient for us. Left with only great impressions.
Fontaine from United Kingdom (9/10)
It is very cosy. It is obviously not a very large apartment but the ceiling height gives you a feel of space. I was very comfortable
Adele from United Kingdom (10/10)

Vicky from United Kingdom (10/10)
Nice apartment in a great location. Don’t let the graffiti outside put you off as you will soon see this is all over Krakow. It’s small but cosy. The bottles of water, chocolates and fresh fruit were a nice touch. We could hear noise outside but nothing that really bothered us, this could happen anywhere. Good Communication from the host. Overall, great stay and if we ever visit Krakow again, we’d look at booking this apartment again.
