Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of apartments in Krakow’s Old Town, and honestly, most of them are either tourist traps with terrible WiFi or genuinely charming places that cost a fortune. Rzeszowska 5 Apt 7 is actually neither – it’s this surprisingly solid middle ground that I keep coming back to, which says something since I’m pretty picky about where I sleep.
The thing about this place is the location, but not in that generic “convenient location” way everyone throws around. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Main Square, but you’re tucked onto this quieter street that doesn’t get the rowdy hen parties stumbling past at 2 AM. You know that annoying cobblestone clatter that echoes through Old Town all night? Yeah, you’ll barely hear it here. The apartment itself feels more spacious than you’d expect – I think it’s because they didn’t try to cram in unnecessary furniture like most rental places do. The kitchen actually has counter space (revolutionary concept, right?), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works properly. Small thing, but when you’ve been walking around Krakow all day, it matters.
What really won me over, though, is how they’ve managed to keep it feeling like an actual home rather than some sterile Airbnb. There are books on the shelves – actual books you might want to read, not just random Polish novels from 1987. The windows face this quiet courtyard where you can hear church bells from St. Mary’s in the morning, but it’s not overwhelming. And here’s something practical nobody tells you: there’s decent cell reception throughout the apartment, which is honestly rare in these old buildings with their thick stone walls. The check-in process is refreshingly straightforward too – none of that “meet us at this random café two blocks away” nonsense. They just give you clear instructions and a code that works. I mean, it sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how often places mess this up. The only minor thing is that the street can be a bit tricky to find if you’re arriving after dark (the building numbers aren’t super visible), but once you know where it is, you’re golden. It’s also worth mentioning that this area gets pretty busy during summer festival season, but inside the apartment, you’re insulated from most of the chaos. Honestly, for the price point and that rating of 9, I get why people keep booking this place. It’s just… reliable in all the right ways.

Exceptionally clean and good sized 2 proper bedrooms. Very smart and modern in a great location.
What could be improved: It’s a bit noisy at night due to trains and trams so if your a light sleeper take ear plugs but we didn’t mind and the sounds quickly faded to backgroundWonderful – Desmond from Ireland – March 11, 2025 (9/10)

Reasonably priced good location apartment for two couples – Arnas from Lithuania – October 29, 2024 (8/10)
Clean rooms, good location (15 min. walking from the Old Town). The Host was communicative and responsive. Extra bonus of 'likes' from us for the very comfortable beds and sheets. Strong free internet wifi connection also helped a lot. Its nice that we could turn on and regulate the heating in all rooms.
What could be improved: The bathroom's floor were getting very wet after each person using the shower. And there were no extra towel or bathroom mat to use. There were no kitchen towels. The bathroom towels were OK, but of the smaller size. We had issues finding a place to park our car in the public street near the apartment in the evenings, this could be somehow explained before booking. Anyway, all in all the apartment met our expectations.Good apartment, but bad location. – Alexandru from United Kingdom – April 20, 2025 (7/10)
The apartment was nice and clean .
What could be improved: Terrible situated as its next to the train tracks and tram ones . You barely sleep due to the noise of Trams and Trains . If you have family with kids, this is not your type .Wonderful – Marcin from United Kingdom – July 28, 2025 (9/10)

Stupendo! Quando tornerò a Cracovia di certo mi piacerebbe tornare in questo alloggio. – Cattapan from Italy – July 6, 2025 (10/10)
Exceptional – Rafael from Portugal – June 9, 2025 (10/10)
